摘要
某薄钢板呈现撕裂状孔洞缺陷,而中厚钢板表面呈现氧化物压入缺陷。采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜等对钢板进行了显微观察、微区成分分析。在薄钢板缺陷样品的孔洞断口处观察到韧窝状特征和连铸保护渣元素,孔洞缺陷是由于铸坯中存在连铸保护渣大型夹杂物,在轧制的过程中夹杂物部位的薄板基体延展性下降而形成的。中厚钢板缺陷为凹坑、压入状,缺陷底部呈现卵状裂纹,内大外小,裂纹内部有大量的高温氧化铁,裂纹周围存在大量的高温氧化点,并伴有比较严重的脱碳现象。中厚钢板表面缺陷是由于铸坯有皮下气泡,在加热炉中气泡破裂与钢板表面连通发生高温氧化,在轧制的过程中变形延展所致。
A steel sheet has tearing hole defects and the surface of a medium steel plate presents an oxide pressing defect.Optical microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to carry out microscopic observation and micro-area composition analysis.The toughness characteristics and continuous casting protective slag elements were observed at the hole fracture of the sheet defect sample.Due to the large inclusion of continuous casting protection slag in the casting billet,the ductility of the sheet substrate of the inclusion site decreases during the rolling process,and then the hole forms.The defect of medium steel plate is pit and pressed in shape,the bottom of the defect presents oval crack,and the shape is large inside and small outside.There is a large number of high temperature iron oxide inside the crack,and a large number of high temperature oxidation points around the crack,and it has serious decarbonization phenomenon.The surface defects of the steel plate are caused by the subcutaneous bubbles in the cast billet,and the rupture in the heating furnace and are connected with the surface of the steel plate,undergo high temperature oxidation,and are deformed and extended in the rolling process.
