摘要
目的探究解郁安神汤联合阿立哌唑片治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床效果。方法选取本院2015年3月～2017年3月收治的210例慢性精神分裂症患者，随机均分为2组，每组105例。对照组使用阿立哌唑片治疗，观察组使用解郁安神汤联合阿立哌唑片治疗，观察并比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗前2组患者的临床情况比较差异无统计学意义，治疗后观察组患者改善更加明显；观察组患者的治疗有效率（90.47％）明显高于对照组（80.0％），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组用药安全性比较差异无统计学意义。结论解郁安神汤联合阿立哌唑片治疗慢性精神分裂症相比常规方法而言，能够提高临床疗效，同时具有较好的安全性，因此值得临床借鉴。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with aripiprazole tablet in the treatment of chronicschizophrenia.Methods A total of210patients with chronic schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from March2015to March2017wererandomly divided into two groups,with105cases in each group.The control group was treated with aripiprazole tablet.The observation group wastreated with Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with aripiprazole tablet.The treatment effect was observed and compared.Results There was nosignificant difference in the clinical condition between the two groups before treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the observationgroup after treatment;The effective rate in the observation group(90.47%)was significantly higher than in the control group(80.0%),the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the safety of the two groups.Conclusion Jieyu Anshen Decoctioncombined with aripiprazole tablets in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia compared to conventional methods,can improve clinical efficacy,butalso has good safety,it is worth clinical reference.
