喹硫平与氯氮平治疗慢性精神分裂症对照研究 被引量：1

Efficacy of quetiapine and clozapine in treatment of schizophrenia

摘要 目的比较喹硫平与氯氮平治疗慢性精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法将80例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别以喹硫平和氯氮平治疗,疗程12周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(BANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果治疗12周后,两组PANSS评分均较治疗前显著下降,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05),喹硫平组不良反应少。结论喹硫平与氯氮平治疗慢性精神分裂症患者疗效相当,喹硫平不良反应轻、安全性好,值得临床推广。
