摘要
为了快速响应多变的客户需求,提升动车组转向架的设计水平及速度,提出将配置设计引入到转向架设计。针对转向架的"原实例—修改—新实例"工业设计特点,提出基于多层次实例推理并结合决策表及映射规则的配置设计方法。首先通过映射规则将客户的需求映射为转向架配置模型模块的属性参数,依据配置模型模块的属性参数选出与客户需求相符转向架的实例,然后利用变型设计、CATIA CAA二次开发等技术,分层对不满足客户需求模块作变更,进而实现转向架的快速设计,根据转向架配置设计过程开发相应的配置设计系统,并以某型车转向架为实例验证配置设计方法及系统的正确性和有效性。
To respond to customers'needs quickly and to improve the design level and pace of EMU bogies,the configuration design method is introduced into bogie design.Aiming at bogie Prototype-Modify-New Type industrial design features,configuration method based on multilevel case-based reasoning,decision making lists and mapping rules are put forward.The customers'requirements are mapped to the module of bogie configuration model attribute parameters by the mapping rules firstly,the most similar prototype bogie with customers'requirements is selected according to the attribute parameters,and then the variant design and CATIA CAA secondary development technology is used,having layer by layer variant design modifications for those modules failed meeting the requirements,and further having achieved bogie rapid design.According to the configuration design process,the system frame is developed.Taking a type of EMU bogie as an example,the correctness and effectiveness of the configuration system is validated.
