基于通用物料清单的配置设计方法研究与实现 被引量:7

摘要 为了在配置设计中更好地支持通用机械产品研发中的创新,采用通用物料清单来表达产品族的完全产品结构,并引入类单元表示可以变化的模块。由配置类单元产生组合变型,用变型类单元处理单元自身变型,并分析了这两种变型的产生机理。基于变量配置技术建立通用物料清单的配置模型,通过分层配置,生成具体产品结构,应用装配克隆技术生成具体产品的通用物料清单,最后给出了配置设计过程和实现结果。通过在企业的应用表明,该配置设计方法可以实现基于订单的快速设计。 To support the innovation in configuration design, Generic Bill of Materials (GBOM) was adopted to represent the general product structure of product family and class unit was introduced to express variant module. The configuration class unit was applied to generate the combination variety and scaling class unit was used to represent units for further design. Then the mechanism of both types of variants was analyzed. GBOM-based Product Configuration Model (GPCM) was established based on variant configuration technology, which generated specific product structure by top-down configuration. Assembly cloning technology was used to translate the GBOM to Engineering BOM (EBOM). Finally, the configuration design process and implementation results were provided. The proposed configuration design method could speed up the design-for-order process and was validated in the actual product design.
