摘要
目的:探讨对老年患者压疮护理中集束化护理管理的优势分析。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月至我院接受治疗的老年患者100例,采用数字随机法将100例患者平分为常规护理对照组与管理护理观察组,常规护理对照组的老年患者采取常规护理干预,管理护理观察组的患者则在常规护理的基础上,采取集束化护理管理干预,在试验时间结束后,观察两组患者的压疮分期。结果:管理护理观察组老年患者的压疮Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的明显少于常规护理对照组,且压疮分期均为Ⅰ期,常规护理对照组老年患者的压疮分期处于Ⅰ期的仅有30名。结论:对老年患者采取集束化护理管理干预,能有效地降低患者的压疮发生,临床效果显著,有利于提升患者的生活质量,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the advantages of the cluster nursing management in the elderly patients with pressure ulcer.Methods:100elderly patients with pressure ulcer treated in our hospital from January2016and January2017were selected and randomly divided into the conventional nursing group and the nursing management group;the control group received routine nursing intervention;while the management group received cluster care management intervention;at the end of the experiment,the pressure ulcer stage in two groups was observed.Results:In the management nursing group,pressure ulcersⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳperiod were fewer than the conventional nursing group;and stage was I pressure ulcers,while the cases of elderly patients with pressure ulcer stage I in the conventional nursing group was only30cases.Conclusion:Cluster care management intervention on elderly patients could effectively reduce the occurrence of patients with pressure ulcers,with remarkable effect,by improving the quality of life of patients,and was worth promoting.
