摘要
目的探讨紫草油涂搽配合红外线烤灯对预防和治疗压疮的疗效。方法将压疮病人及长期卧床的病人随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例。实验组在常规治疗的基础上,对长期卧床的病人及一、二期压疮的病人采用紫草油涂搽受压部位和患处,并用红外线烤灯照射30min,对照组只采用翻身1次/2h,保持病人皮肤和床单的清洁干燥等措施。观察两组压疮的效果。结果实验组在3d后和第7天的疗效均优于对照组。结论紫草油涂搽配合红外线烤灯照射可有效地预防和治疗压疮。
Objective To anti-freckle oil with infrared roast lamp on the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers curative effect.Methods Pressure ulcers patient and long-term bedridden patient group and control group were randomly divided into two groups a 60 cases,group based on routine treatment for long-term bedridden patient,and the first and second of pressure ulcers patients using anti-freckle oil applied cha compression part and analgesic,and infrared roast lamp to 30 minutes,the control group with only once every 2 hours emancipated,keep skin and sheet patients dry and clean etc.Observe the effect of two groups of pressure ulcers.Results The curative effect of the three days later and on the seventh day are better than control group.Conclusion Anti-freckle oil with infrared roast lamp can effectively the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers.
