摘要
目的分析老年患者压疮护理中集束化护理管理方法应用取得的效果。方法收集医院2017年3月至2018年3月老年压疮患者48例,按照入院先后分组,给予一般护理管理方法的24例纳入对照组,采用集束化护理管理措施的24例纳入观察组,对两组患者压疮治愈情况观察,并对比患者护理满意情况。结果患者压疮分期情况观察,观察组Ⅰ期患者占比多于对照组,Ⅲ-Ⅳ期少于对照组,且治愈率观察组87.50%,与对照组62.50%组间对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。满意率结果对照组与观察组分别为75.00%(18/24)、95.83%(23/24),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将集束化护理管理模式,应用于老年压疮患者的护理管理,能够有效的促进患者治愈率的提升,同时也有助于改善护患关系,具有较高的应用意义和价值。
Objective to analyze the effect of cluster nursing management in elderly patients with pressure ulcer. Methods a total of 48 cases of elderly patients with pressure ulcer from March 2017 to March 2018 were collected. 24 cases were included in the control group and given general nursing management methods. 24 cases were included in the observation group and adopted cluster nursing management measures. The cure of pressure ulcer was observed in the two groups, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients was compared. Results in patients with pressure ulcers in installment of observation, observation group Ⅰ stage cancer accounts for more than the control group, Ⅲ-Ⅳ period is less than the control group, and the cure rate 87.50%, observing group compared with control group 62.50% had significant difference(P<0.05). Satisfaction rate results the control group and the observation group were respectively 75.00%(18/24) and 95.83%(23/24), with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion the application of cluster nursing management model to the nursing management of elderly patients with pressure ulcers can effectively promote the improvement of the cure rate of patients, and also help to improve the relationship between patients and patients, which has higher application significance and value.
