Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on the control of pressure injury in patients with elderly patients with long-term bedridden, and to analyze its clinical usability. Methods From April 2017 to October 2019 as the study period, 46 cases of elderly long-term bed patients were selected as the research object. The formula method was used to divide the two groups into two groups: the control group and the experimental group, with 23 cases in each group. Patients in the control group chose conventional nursing mode during treatment, and patients in the experimental group cooperated with the predictive nursing plan based on this. After the care was completed, the occurrence of stress injury in all patients was recorded, and the preventive pressure of all patients' families was recorded Sexual injury execution behavior, analysis of differences between groups. Results In the results of this study, it was found that the incidence of stress injuries in the experimental group was 0.00%, and no patients experienced stress injuries. There were 5 patients in the control group with a rate of 21.74%. There is a significant difference in data comparison(χ^2=5.610,P<0.05);and in the experimental results, there was a significant difference in the qualified rate of stress injury prevention performance among family members of the two groups. The qualified rate of the experimental group was 91.30%(21/23) higher than that of the experimental group. 60.87% (14/23) of the control group had a statistically significant difference(χ^2=5.854,P=0.016). Conclusion When carrying out the nursing operation of elderly elderly patients with long-term bed, choosing predictive care to cooperate can help prevent the occurrence of stress injuries and improve the rehabilitation of patients. At the same time, predictive care can also help guide, the implementation of various stress injury prevention behaviors by family members of patients is of positive significance to the rehabilitation of elderly patients with long-term bed res
