摘要
目的:探讨跟骨关节内骨折患者行切开复位钢板内固定术中是否植骨对临床效果的影响。方法:收治切开复位钢板内固定治疗的跟骨关节内骨折患者40例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组术中采用植骨治疗,观察组术中不采用植骨治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组的优良率、骨折愈合时间和跟骨高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:跟骨关节内骨折患者接受切开复位钢板内固定治疗时是否植骨对手术效果并无明显影响。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of with or without bone grafting in open reduction and plate internal fixationfor intra-articular calcaneal fractures.Methods:40patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures treated with open reduction andplate internal fixation were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group wasgiven bone grafting treatment during operation.The observation group was not treated with bone grafting during operation.Wecompared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:There were no significant differences between groups in the excellent andgood rate,the healing time of fracture and the height of calcaneus(P>0.05).Conclusion:There was no significant effect on theoperation effect of with or without bone grafting in open reduction and plate internal fixation for intra-articular calcaneal fractures.
