摘要
目的总结植骨术与切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折移位的可行性、效果,为骨科治疗工作的开展提供参考。方法在2013年6月—2016年6月期间收治的患者中选择36例跟骨关节内骨折移位患者,随机分为实验组、参照组两组,各18例。参照组采取切开复位内固定治疗,实验组加行植骨术治疗,对比两组跟骨关节内骨折移位患者的治疗优良率、愈合时间、疼痛指数评分以及患者治疗满意度。结果实验组跟骨关节内骨折移位患者治疗优良率、满意度均高于参照组,愈合时间短于参照组,疼痛评分低于参照组,3项指标数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跟骨关节内骨折移位采取植骨术联合切开复位内固定治疗具有治疗效果好、愈合时间短、疼痛轻微等价值,建议普及实施。
Objective To summarize the feasibility and effect of bone graft and open reduction and internal fixation for displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus, and to provide reference for the treatment of the Department of orthopedics. Methods Between June 2013 and June 2016, 36 patients with displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus were selected. They were randomly divided into the experimental group, the reference group and the two group,each with 18 cases. The reference group by open reduction and internal fixation. The experimental group underwent bone grafting treatment, compared two groups of patients with displaced intra-articular calcaneal fracture treatment excellent rate, healing time, pain index score and patient satisfaction with treatment. Results The experimental group patients with intra-articular calcaneal fracture displacement excellent rate and satisfaction were higher than the control group, the healing time is shorter than the control group, pain scores were lower than that of the reference group, the three indicators of data were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus by bone graft combined with open reduction and internal fixation has the advantages of good therapeutic effect, short healing time and mild pain, so it is suggested to be popularized.
