摘要
在"微文化"背景下,丰富多样的信息内容充斥着医院青年的学习与生活。"微文化"对医院青年的影响有利有弊。我院团委通过组织报名自荐的形式,创建"一米阳光"新媒体工作室,探索运用互联网思维和工具,搭建医院青年"微文化"矩阵,以医院青年成长成才需求和身心健康需要为导向。"一米阳光"新媒体工作室创作了微刊,主导交互分享;搭建微信平台,引导智力众筹;创建一图读懂,传递寓教于乐,强化了医院青年荣誉感与归属感,构建了医院公益服务体系,打破了层级化信息传递模式,有效培育了医院青年社会主义核心价值观。
Against the background of"micro culture",the study and life of youth in hospital is filled with diverse information."Micro culture"has both positive and negative influences on the youth in hospital.The Youth League Committee of hospital sets up the"One-meter Sunlight"New Media Studio through self-recommendation and registration,which is oriented to the demands of youth in hospital for growth,talent development,and physical and psychological health,to explore and exploit the Internet thinking and tools and build a"micro culture"matrix of youth in hospital.The"One-meter Sunlight"New Media Studio produces micro periodical H5featuring interaction and sharing;builds WeChat platform to guide intelligence crowdfunding;creates Understand with One Picture for education with recreation and enhancement of the youth's senses of honor and belonging;and establishes a system for the public welfare service of hospital,which breaks the hierarchical information transfer model and effectively cultivates the socialist core values of youth in hospital.
