摘要
目的了解参加"跨越2015-朱日和A"实兵演习中非现役文职护士的真实体会,为制定参加演习保障任务的非现役文职护士的训练提供依据。方法运用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对参加"跨越2015-朱日和A"实兵演习的5名非现役文职护士进行半结构式访谈收集资料,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理归纳总结,提炼主题。结果提炼出3个主题:对任务存在陌生感和焦虑感,军事知识欠缺,使命荣誉感高。结论实兵演练中非现役文职护士缺乏军事知识、存在焦虑心理,但使命感较高,应通过培养军人素养、多样化保障任务培训、强化卫勤能力来达到提高非现役文职护士的保障能力。
Objective To study the real experience of non-commissioned civilian nurses in military exercise of ＂Cross 2015 - Zhurihe A＂ to provide evidence for training plan on non-commissioned civilian nurses in this support task. Method Collect information through semi-structural interview on 5 non-commissioned civilian nurses in ＂Cross 2015 - Zhurihe A＂ by phenomenological method. Arrange and conclude the information by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method and ex- tract the theme. Result Three themes are extracted, which are foreignness and anxiety on the mission, lack of military knowledge and high sense of mission and honor. Conclusion Non-commissioned civilian nurses in military exercise of ＂Cross 2015 - Zhurihe A＂ are poor on military knowledge and in anxiety. But they have high sense of mission. Nurses＇ support ability can he improved by raising accomplishment, diversified task training and enhancing medical service ability.
