人兽共患病防治宣传干预方法研究——包虫病防治宣传片《格桑花开》试点播放效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]评价包虫病防治宣传片《格桑花开》对提高试点地区农牧民包虫病相关知识知晓率、防治态度及防控措施意向所产生的影响,为开展包虫病宣传干预工作提供科学依据。[方法]采用自身前后对照试验设计,利用便利抽样,选取农牧民在《格桑花开》播放前后填写调查问卷,比较包虫病相关知识知晓率、防治态度转变和防控措施意向的变化。[结果]研究发现:(1)包虫病防治知识的获得途径依次是医生、宣传资料、电视和广播。(2)干预前后的调查对象包虫病防治知识总知晓率分别为32.21%和73.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前不同性别的知识知晓率不同,差异有统计学意义;干预前后不同年龄和文化程度之间的知晓率差异均没有统计学意义。(3)干预前后,调查对象中对于担心自己或家人感染包虫病等问题持正向态度的人数上升(P<0.05);支持对野犬进行处置的人数略有下降,差异无统计学意义。(4)对防控措施呈现出支持和赞成等正向态度的调查对象比例,由干预前的37.01%上升到67.98%,差异有统计学意义。[结论]包虫病防治宣传片《格桑花开》有效提高了高危人群的包虫病相关知识知晓率,提高了其对包虫病防治的积极性及防控措施的正向意向。 [Objective]This study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention taken by the publiccity film Gaisang Mêdog in Buds on knowledge,attitude and willingness of Echinococcosis prevention and control among the farmers and herdsmen living in western China,and to provide scientific proof for intervention in Echinococcosis propaganda work.[Methods]It was a self-control study to compare before and after watching the Gaisang Mêdog in Buds.The farmers and herdsmen were selected by the convenience sampling to fill in the questionnaires before and after watching the Gaisang Mêdog in Buds to compare the changes in awareness rate of human Echinococcosis,attitude to prevention knowledge and measures in respondents.[Resuslts]The study found that:(1)The doctor was the most important channel to access hydatid disease prevention and control knowledge,followed by promotional materials,television and radio.(2)The overall Echinococcosis prevention knowledge of the respondents was increased from32.21%to73.15%(P<0.05)after the intervention.Before intervention,the awareness rate of gender knowledge was different,and the difference was statistically significant.There were no significant differences in awareness rates between different ages and educational levels before and after intervention.(3)The population of the respondents who holds positive attitude of worrying about Echinococcosis infection was increased after intervention(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the number of people who supported the disposal of wild dogs.(4)The positive attitude of support for prevention and control was increased from37.01%to67.98%(P<0.05)after the intervention.[Conclusion]The Gaisang Mêdog in Buds played a positive role in improving the knowledge,attitude and behavior intention of hydatid disease prevention among the high-risk groups.
