摘要
目的了解四川省道孚县及色达县中学生棘球蚴病防治知识知晓现状,为防治工作提供参考。方法于2020年10月采用整群抽样方法抽取道孚县和色达县所有中学在校初二学生进行问卷调查。采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析,防治知识合格率及知晓率通过χ^(2)检验进行比较。结果共发放问卷1 087份,回收有效问卷1 033份(95.03%)。调查对象棘球蚴病防治知识总合格率为85.87%,女生合格率高于男生(χ^(2)=11.594,P<0.05);不同年龄学生的合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随年龄的增加而增加(χ^(2)趋势=31.691,P<0.01);不同学校学生防治知识合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=134.680,P<0.01)。调查学生防治知识总知晓率为75.60%,传染源、传播途径、易感人群、症状、治疗、预防、危害和国家所采取的优惠政策等8个方面的知晓率分别为63.70%、32.43%、81.90%、61.57%、71.73%、58.28%、28.56%和20.72%。道孚和色达中学学生棘球蚴病防治知识总知晓率分别为78.95%和68.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=287.866,P<0.01)。结论四川省道孚县和色达县初二学生棘球蚴病防治知识知晓情况较好,但仍存在棘球蚴病流行风险,还需加强对误解知识点以及薄弱知识点的宣传解读。
Objective To ascertain the current state of knowledge of echinococcosis prevention and treatment among middle school students in Daofu and Seda counties of Sichuan Province in order to provide a reference for echinococcosis control. Methods In October 2020, cluster sampling was used to select survey participants from among eighth graders at all middle schools in Daofu and Seda counties. The software SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis, and the passing rate for knowledge of echinococcosis prevention and treatment and the rate of awareness of echinococcosis prevention and treatment were compared using the chi-square test or Fisher’s exact probability test. Results A total of 1 087 questionnaires were distributed, and 1033 valid responses(95.03%) were received. The overall passing rate for knowledge of echinococcosis prevention and treatment was 85.87%, and the passing rate for girls was significantly higher than that for boys(χ^(2)=11.59, P<0.05), and the passing rate increased with age(χ^(2)trend=31.691, P<0.01). The passing rate for knowledge of echinococcosis prevention and treatment was 95.89% among students in Daofu middle schools and 70.07% among students in Seda middle schools, and the passing rate differed significantly between the two(χ^(2)=134.680, P<0.01). The overall rate of awareness of echinococcosis prevention and treatment among students was 75.60%. The rate of awareness regarding sources of infection was 63.70%, the rate of awareness regarding routes of transmission was 32.43%, the rate of awareness regarding susceptible populations was 81.90%, the rate of awareness regarding symptoms was 61.57%, the rate of awareness regarding treatment was 71.73%, the rate of awareness regarding prevention was 58.28%, the rate of awareness regarding harms was 28.56%, and the rate of awareness regarding preferential policies the country had adopted was 20.72%.
