摘要
工业生产车间会出现多条传送带流水作业,其中要求两条传送带速度完全同步,确保在同步传送带间通过自动移载设备转移工件完成交接流水作业。传送带的同步控制可通过PLC、变频器及速度检测环节构成速度闭环控制系统,经PID控制作用,在稳定运行状态将传送带间的速度偏差消除为零,实现传送带速度同步控制。本文的同步传送带控制主要指铝合金轮毂生产厂家对上下工序流水生产线的同步控制要求如何实现。
There are conveyor belts for line production in some manufacturing shops.Speed synchronization control is required between two of the conveyor belts so that automatic equipment transfers workpieces smoothly.Through PLC,frequency inverter as well as speed detector,a speed closed-loop control system is structured.When the system based on PID control reaches a stable stage,speed difference between the two conveyor belts is removed.
