摘要
文章利用可编程控制器(PLC)和变频器在国际热核聚变实验堆(International Thermonuclear Experi-mental Reactor,简称ITER)导体收缆系统中实现对变频器、传感器、交流电机三者的协调控制,实现了收缆系统中各个电机的速度同步控制和导体的恒张力控制。系统不但实现了主动恒速收缆,而且还设计了弹变安全保护装置,有效地解决了刚性较大的导体的收缆问题,实验结果表明本系统具有很好的应用价值。
The coordinated control of frequency converter,sensor and AC machine in the conductor twisting system of International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor(ITER) is implemented by using programmable logic controller(PLC) and the frequency converter.The synchronous speed control of each AC machine in twisting system and the constant tension control of conductors are also implemented.The system achieves the function of twisting the conductor actively at a constant speed,and a novel secure device for elastic deformation protection is introduced,so it effectively solves the problem of twisting the conductor with large rigidity.The experimental result proves the application value of the system.
