摘要
传送带广泛应用于运输、电力、冶金、建材等行业,是工业生产中常见的控制设备之一。PLC因具有工作可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、使用维护方便等优点,在目前的流水线自动控制系统中得到了广泛应用。因此,介绍PLC控制的应用流程,提供具体的设计方案和运行方法,使其在实际应用过程中与传送带电控系统相结合。
Conveyor belt is widely used in transportation,electric power,metallurgy,building materials and other industries,It is one of the common control equipment in industrial production.PLC has been widely used in the automatic control system of pipeline because of its advantages of high reliability,strong anti-interference ability and easy operation and maintenance.The application process of PLC control is introduced,and specific design scheme and operation method are provided,which can be combined with electric control system of conveyor belt in practical application.
