摘要
通过对汽动给水泵轴向力平衡装置原理的分析,判断某350 MW汽轮机组汽动给水泵两次推力瓦烧损原因是轴向力平衡装置间隙调整不当所造成的,将平衡装置平衡盘与平衡套之间的间隙调整后,解决了推力瓦烧损问题。
Based on the analysis of the principle of the axial force balance device of the steamdriven feed water pump,it is concluded that the cause of the two thrust tile burning of the steamfeed pump of a350MW steam turbine unit is the improper adjustment of the axial force balance de?vice.After adjusting the clearance between the balance disc and the balance sleeve,the burningproblem of thrust pad is solved.
