平衡鼓间隙尺寸对多级泵轴向平衡能力影响的分析 被引量:10

摘要 利用CFD软件模拟分析了6种不同平衡鼓间隙尺寸情况下的泵内流动情况,预测了间隙入口处压力及速度分布。模拟结果显示,平衡鼓间隙与两侧压差及间隙泄漏量均为非线性变化关系,验证了已有间隙泄漏量公式的合理性。研究结果表明,平衡鼓间隙尺寸对轴向平衡能力以及间隙泄漏量均具有较大影响,在保证设备安全运行的前提小,间隙尺寸应当尽量小。 Flow conditions of six gap sizes were analyzed by the method of CFD simulation, and the pressure field and velocity field were predicted. The simulation results show that, the relationship between balance drum gap and differential pressure both sides of the gap is nonlinear, so is the relationship between balance drum gap and gap leakage. By which the rationality of the leakage calculation formula is validated. It is found that balance drum gap size has great influence on both axial balanced capacity and gap leakage. On the premise of guaranteeing safe running, smaller gap size is better.
