摘要
中国提出共建丝绸之路经济带倡议三年来,与周边国家和地区的各领域合作已取得巨大进展,沿边地区于其中发挥了极为关键的积极作用。随着中国与周边国家在发展战略上的对接逐步落实,沿边合作将迎来新的发展机遇,一大批合作项目将有望在沿边省区与邻国展开。中国在推进丝绸之路经济带建设时应当注意整合沿边优势,统筹国内外发展战略,并保持"构建耐力",以更加有效的方式与邻国积极沟通,努力增信释疑。
Over the three years since China initiated the Silk Road Economic Belt,cooperation between China and neighboring countries and regions has witnessed remarkable progress,and China’s border areas have played a critical role.As the synergy between China and its neighbors in development strategies gradually comes into shape,crossborder cooperation is ushering in new opportunities,with a host of projects expected to unfold in China’s bordering provinces and neighboring countries.At the same time,it must be admitted that China’s frontier region is still generally underdeveloped and susceptible to external negative factors despite their geographical advantage in the Silk Road Economic Belt Construction.China,when promoting the Belt,should integrate the competitive edges of its border areas,take into consideration both the domestic and the international development strategies,demonstrate strategic patience,and adopt a more effective approach in communication with its neighbors to enhance mutual trust and dispel misgivings.
