摘要
在人力资源管理的各个环节中都需要进行风险管理,探讨H能源公司的人力资源绩效和薪酬福利管理现状及其存在的风险,并提出设计合理的绩效目标、完善绩效考核内容、重视绩效考评的沟通和反馈等措施来控制人力资源绩效风险,通过优化薪酬分配模式、实行弹性福利分配、加强公司文化建设和薪酬管理的融合等措施控制人力资源薪酬福利风险,提高公司防范与控制风险的能力,使企业的人力资源实现高效能管理,增强企业的核心竞争力。
In all aspects of human resources management,risk management is needed.The status and existing risks of human resource performance and compensation and benefit management in H Energy Company are discussed,and it is put forward to control the human resources performance risk by reasonably designing perfor?mance objectives,improving performance appraisal content,paying attention to performance appraisal communi?cation and feedback and other measures,,and to control human resources compensation and benefit risk by optimizing the compensation distribution pattern,implementing flexible benefit allocation,strengthening the integration of corporate culture construction and compensation management and other measures,so as to,improve the risk prevention and control ability of the company,enable enterprises to achieve efficient management of human resources,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
