摘要
人力资源管理风险包括人力资源风险和人力资源管理实践风险两个方面。关于人力资源管理风险的种类有过程论、层次论、效果论、职能论、预测论等多种分类方法;对于人力资源管理风险的防控有从防控层次、防控阶段、防控对策、防控策略、风险评价和预警指标体系等不同角度的相关研究成果。
Human resources risk management includes two aspects: human resources,risk and human resource management risks.Risks on human resources management have process theory,level theory,effect theory,function theory,prediction theory other classification methods;the prevention and control of human resources management are from the prevention and control of risk level,prevention and control stage,control measures,prevention and control strategies,risk assessment and early warning indicator system and other related research on different aspects.
