摘要
目的观察评价临床健康教育路径对急性心肌梗死的应用价值。方法研究分析94例急性心肌梗死患者,均分为两组,各47例。对照组患者接受传统的护理方法,观察组患者接受临床健康教育路径护理,比较分析不同护理应用效果。结果两组患者的并发症发生情况、焦虑程度、HAMA评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者的心功能分级对比差异无统计学意义。结论急性心肌梗死患者实施临床健康教育路径护理可减少并发症发生、患者的住院时间,护理效果令人满意。
Objective To evaluate the value of clinical health education pathway in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods94cases of acute myocardial infarction in our department were divided into two groups,each of47cases.Patients in control group received traditional nursing methods,Observation group patients receiving clinical health education path nursing,Compare and analyze the effect of different nursing application.Results The two groups of patients with complications,anxiety,HAMA score comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups.Conclusion Nursing care of patients with acute myocardial infarction can reduce the incidence of complications and hospitalization time,and the nursing effect is satisfactory.
