摘要
目的探讨临床健康教育路径中应用辨证施护对2型糖尿病患者自我管理水平的影响。方法将154例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组与试验组,对照组采用常规的临床健康教育路径;试验组则在临床健康教育路径中融入辨证施护的内容。结果干预3个月后试验组患者除遵医服药外的自我管理水平明显高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床健康教育路径中应用辨证施护能提高2型糖尿病患者的自我管理水平。
Objective To discuss the effects of health education of dialectic nursing combined with clinical pathway on the self man- agement levels for type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 154 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 77 cases in each group. The control group was provided health education in routine clinical path while experimental group was provided health education which including traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing and clinical pathway. Results After the intervention, the level of self management in experimental group is higher than that in control group and the differences of self man- agement level between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The dialectical nursing and clinical pathway combined to using in the health education of type 2 diabetes can improve the self management level for type 2 diabetes patients.
