摘要
目的:探究健康教育在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中应用效果。方法:选取2016年4月-2018年3月本院收治的AMI患者128例。按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各64例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施健康教育。比较两组护理前后的心功能指标(LVEF、HR、LVEDD)及生活质量评分。结果:护理2周后,观察组LVEF均高于对照组,HR、LVEDD均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理2周后,观察组生理功能、身体角色、躯体疼痛、总体健康、生命力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将健康教育应用于AMI患者时,能显著提升患者生活质量,改善临床症状,此方法值得应用与推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education on patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Method:A total of 128 AMI patients treated in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,64 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while observation group received health education on the basis of control group.The cardiac function indexes(LVEF,HR,LVEDD) and quality of life scores before and after nursing of two groups were compared.Result:After 2 weeks of nursing,the LVEF of observationgroup was higher than that of control group,while HR and LVEDD were all lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing,the scores of physiological function,body role,body pain,overall health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health in observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When health education is applied to patients with AMI,it can significantly improve their quality of life and clinical symptoms.This method is worthy of application and promotion.
