摘要
乡村学校开展校本教研有助于教师研究教育教学实践问题,有助于促进乡村教师的专业化成长。当前,乡村学校在开展校本教研中存在着一些问题:教研主题缺少乡土关注;教研开展缺少核心问题研讨以及教研活动急需专家引领。针对这些问题,本文提出了一些相应的策略:给予乡土关注;持续研讨核心问题;构建专家引领机制。
The rural schools to carry out the school-based teaching and research can help teachers education teaching practice,help to promote rural teacher's professional development.At present,the rural schools in developing school-based teaching and research,there are some problems in the research topic the lack of local attention;Research to carry out the lack of core issues for discussion and research activity in urgent need of leading experts.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward some corresponding strategies:a local focus;Continued research core problem;Build expert guide mechanism.
