摘要
结合南宁地铁1号线列车运营及检修需求,引入RAMS管理技术,通过地铁列车系统拆分、RAMS指标量化及全生命周期成本(LCC)对列车检修的影响分析,指导和优化列车检修规程制定与实施,切实提升列车检修水平、质量和速度,达到"供好车、供足车"的列车检修目标,确保南宁地铁实时、高效、快捷的运营理念得以落实,保障列车可靠安全运营,最终推动城市轨道交通行业的发展。
Based on the train operation and maintenance requirements on Nanning metro line1,this paper describes the introduction of RAMS management technology.Through the classifi cation of metro train systems,quantification of RAMS indexes and analysis of the influence of LCC(Life Cycle Cost)on vehicle maintenance,it provides guidance and optimization solutions for the formulation and implementation of vehicle maintenance procedures and rules which effectively improve the level of vehicle maintenance,quality and speed up to the vehicle maintenance targets for car reliability and availability,ensuring that the Nanning metro implements the realtime,effi cient and fast operation concept.It will ensure trains in reliable and safe operation,and ultimately promote the development of transit.
