摘要 为保持城市轨道交通设备系统运行的可靠性,文章通过建立维修策略库,对影响行车设备可靠性的多种关联条件进行分类分析,包括设备风险分级、全寿命周期阶段特点、设备失效特征、设备使用环境等,提取其特性因素,构建城市轨道交通行车设备维修策略选择模型,分析差异化运营条件下的维修策略判定路径及选用指引,从运营到维修保养形成差异化维修策略集合,以确保城市轨道交通行车设备的可靠性。 In order to maintain the reliability of urban rail transit train running operation equipment system,this paper classifies and analyzes various related conditions affecting the reliability of train running operation equipment by establishing a maintenance strategy database,including train running operation equipment risk classifi cation,life cycle characteristics,the equipment failure characteristics,the equipment use environment,etc.,and extracts its characteristic factors to construct the maintenance strategy of urban rail transit train running operation equipment.In order to ensure the reliability of urban rail transit train running operation equipment,the paper briefl y selects the models,analyzes the identifi cation and decision path and selection guidance of maintenance strategies under the condition of differential operation,and forms a set of differential maintenance strategies from operation to maintenance,so as to ensure the reliability of urban rail transit train running operation equipment.
