摘要
地铁车辆检修中应用机器人技术,将改善作业环境、提升检修质量、优化工艺流程。文章通过分析地铁车辆检修作业内容及作业特点,梳理出机器人技术在地铁车辆检修作业中适用范围及技术难点,结合地铁车辆检修关键工序作业特征,提出检修作业机器人选型原则,并对典型机器人设备选型及应用进行探讨。
The application of robot technology in metro vehicle maintenance will improve the working environment,improve the maintenance quality and optimize the work process flow.Based on the analysis of metro vehicle maintenance work activities and operation characteristics,this paper works out the application scope and technical diffi culties of robot technology in metro vehicle maintenance operation.With the operation characteristics of key work process of metro vehicle maintenance,the paper puts forward the selection principle of maintenance robot,and discusses the selection and application of typical robot.
