摘要
配气机构好比内燃机的呼吸系统,是必不可少的组成部分。以往对配气机构动力性能的评价多为单阀系模型,不能反映凸轮轴形变以及各缸之间的相互影响。本文利用EXCITE-Timing Drive软件搭建了某船用柴油机配气机构全阀系动力学模型,并从凸轮接触应力、气门升程、气门速度、落座力等方面对仿真结果做出分析评价,从而为配气机构的设计改进提供了更准确的依据。
Valve train is like the respiratory system of internal combustion engine, is an essential part. The previous evaluationof the dynamic performance of the valve train is stand up for model, which cannot reflect the interaction between the camshaftdeformation and the each cylinder. In this paper, the quanfaxi dynamic model of the valve train of a marine diesel engine is built, and the simulation results are analyzed from the cam contact stress, valve lift, valve speed, seating force and evaluation, which provides a more accurate basis for the design improvement of the valve train.
