摘要
针对单阀系和整阀系动力学计算存在的差异问题,基于多质量动力学理论建立了配气机构动力学模型,对比研究了单阀系和整阀系动力学特性,分析了凸轮轴变形对配气机构动力学的影响,并总结了导致单阀系和整阀系动力学结果差异的具体原因。研究表明,整阀系凸轮轴在各种动力的耦合下发生了扭转和弯曲变形,产生了配气的相位误差,造成了各阀系结果的不均匀,因而在反映配气机构动力学差异问题上整阀系较单阀系更有优势。
For the difference of dynamic calculation between the single and the whole valve system,the dynamic models of valve mechanism were built based on the theory of multi-mass dynamics,the dynamic characteristics of two valve systems were compared,the influence of camshaft distortion on valve mechanism dynamics was analyzed,and the concrete reason causing the difference was finally summarized.The research shows that the camshaft of whole valve system undergoes torsion and bending under the coupling of various forces.The distortion then leads to the errors of valve phase,resulting in the uneven distribution of each valve system.Accordingly,the whole valve system is superior to the single valve system in reflecting the dynamic differences of valve mechanism.
