摘要
本文利用EXCITE Timing Drive搭建了某重型柴油机单阀系动力学模型,并对仿真结果进行分析,针对模拟结果中气门落座速度和落座力较大的情况,结合各因素对配气机构动力学性能的影响,从气门弹簧、气门座和气门间隙等方面提出了优化方案。优化后的气门落座情况得到明显改善,为发动机的生产和使用提供了技术支持。
In this paper, using the EXCITE Timing Drive built single valve system dynamics model of a certain heavy-duty diesel engine and the simulation results are analyzed, and on the simulation results in the speed of the valve seat and sit down force is bigger, in combination with the factors impact on the dynamic performance of valve-train, from the valve spring, valve seat and valve clearance, etc, put forward the optimization scheme, the optimized valve seat case was improved obviously, to provide the technical support for the production and use of the engine.
