摘要
该文选取淮安市的赛艇运动员为研究对象,利用专家访谈法、测量法与统计法等对淮安市的赛艇运动员身体形态和专项素质特质进行研究。研究结果是:赛艇运动员身体形态特征与专项素质特征存在一定的相关性。但是,专项素质也是可以通过训练来得到很大的加强和提升的。运动员的身体形态与专项素质的综合能力是赛艇运动的制胜基础,所以要把握项目的本质规律,细化研究。
This article will take the Huai An City Rowing athletes as the research object,using the expert interview method,the survey method and the statistical method and so on.The results of the study are:The physical characteristics and specialquality characteristics of Rowing athletes have a certain correlation.However,the special quality can also be trained to geta lot of strengthening and upgrading.The athletes body shape and the special quality of comprehensive ability is winning theRowing Do,So that more in-depth grasp of the project features from the rule of nature,refine and deepen the sports qualityresearch.
