摘要
为改善南通经开区星湖大道世贸节点路网的交通运行状况,在梳理南通经开区星湖大道世贸节点周边区域现状土地利用、交通设施的基础上,分析了目前世贸节点路网交通拥堵形成的机理;通过深入分析交通拥堵的关键问题,从交通基础设施扩容、交通组织管理和交通渠化设计3个层面逐层进行改善方案的研究;并利用VISSIM仿真软件对改善方案的实施效果进行仿真评价,从而得到最优的交通改善方案。仿真结果显示,改善方案有效缓解了该节点区域的交通拥堵。
In order to improve the traffic congestion around Xinghu road-World Trade Center in Nantong Economic and TechnologicalDevelopment Area,on the basis of analysis of the present situation of land use and transport facilities,analyzing the forming mechanismof traffic jams in this intersections.Through in-depth survey of the key problems of traffic congestion,a3-step implement measureshave been done to improve the problem including expansion of transport infrastructure,management of traffic organization and designof traffic channelization.In the end,evaluate the improvement approaches with the microscopic traffic simulation tool VISSIM anddemonstrate the rationality and feasibility of the approaches.And the results shows that it is effectively relieve the traffic congestion intheses intersections.
