摘要
在城市化进程中,城市空间与产业空间形成互动发展的态势。产业的发展、升级与集群导致了城市空间的重组,城市空间的重组又推动了产业形态的变革与创新。产业空间经过"再城市化"或深度城市化,上升为价值更高的城市空间,是产业发展推进城市空间扩展的一条基本路径。结构不断优化和持续升级的产业及其相应的产业组织、空间布局的变化,成为推动城市空间重组和优化的主导力量。
During the process of urbanization, there exists a growing interaction between the development of the urban space and that of the industrial space. The development, upgradation and concentration of the industry lead to the reshaping of the urban space, which in turn accelerates the change and innovation of the industrial forms. Undergoing a re-urbanization or a deepened urbanization, the industrial space rises to a more valuable urban space; this is the very way the industrial development promotes the expansion of the urban space. The major force driving the reshaping and optimization of the urban space comes from the the continuous optimization of the structure and upgradation of the industry, and the changes of its corresponding organizations and spatial distributions.
