摘要
北京作为历史文化名城,其空间形态随着经济社会的发展在现代发生了巨大的改变。文章以北京菜市口地区为例,通过对辽金时期到民国的老地图和现代卫星图的对比,回溯不同时期产业发展与空间形态的演变过程,探索菜市口地区的功能演变与空间变革规律,总结符合城市发展规律的城市形态布局,更好地对菜市口地区当下的规划管控与建设指导提出更有利的依据。
As a famous historical and cultural city,Beijing has undergone great changes in its spatial form since modern times with the development of modern economy and society.Taking Caishikou district of Beijing as an example,the paper compared the old maps from Liao and Jin dynasties to the Republic of China and the satellite images up to now,traced back the evolution process of industrial development and spatial form in different periods,explored the law of functional evolution and spatial transformation of Caishikou district,and summarized the urban form layout in accordance with the law of urban development.Better put forward more favorable basis for the current planning control and construction guidance of Caishikou area.
