摘要
从影响制动低鸣噪声的影响因素入手,抓取出其中一个重要的影响因素制动卡钳,重新设计制动卡钳,在设计过程中考虑改善摩擦片偏磨这个主要因素,从而达到消除制动低鸣噪声的目的。前期利用CAE分析、台架验证及整车验证等方法,对影响因素摩擦片偏磨进行评估,最终通过整车路试充分验证设计方案的有效性,对制动低鸣噪声评价及改善具有指导意义。
The brake caliper has the main contribution to the vehicle braking moan noise. In order to reduce the braking moan noise, the brake caliper is redesigned. The brake shoes taper wear, which is the main factor of braking moan, is considered. The CAE analysis, bench test and vehicle validation are used to evaluate the taper wear of the brake shoes.Finally, the redesigned caliper passes the vehicle durability test and the moan noise disappears. This work provides the guidance for vehicle’s moan noise evaluation and reduction.
