摘要
为研究重载鼓式制动器的动力学特性,使用HyperMesh和ABAQUS软件建立了鼓式制动器的有限元模型,计算了制动工况下制动鼓、制动蹄和摩擦衬片的应力和位移分布规律;利用直接模态方法对鼓式制动器各零部件进行有限元模态分析,得到了前16阶固有频率和振型。汽车行驶工况下制动鼓的应力应变的实际测试结果表明,所建模型及论文分析结果可信。该成果对掌握鼓式制动器的综合力学性能及噪声控制研究具有实际意义。
To study the dynamic characteristics of the heavy vehicle brake system, a three- dimensional finite element model established based on ABAQUS and Hyper-Mesh software. The stress and strain calculated and the distribution of drum, shoes and linings are obtained. It is verified by the break test results in Xiangyang Automotive Proving Ground. Then the modal analysis of drum brake system is performed. The first 16th principal vibration modals and frequencies are also gained. These achievements have practical engineering significances in drum brake products development.
