摘要
热衰退是影响制动器稳定性的关键因素,为了探究产生热衰退的机理,用摩托车制动器综合性实验台对两种不同的摩擦材料进行了热衰退相关实验,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制动器摩擦表面摩擦前后的表面形貌进行了观察分析。对不同材料的摩擦片的观察结果进行对比,发现热衰退产生的强弱程度与材料的成分与配方有密切关系。对于粉末冶金摩擦材料,由于材料中不含有机组分,热衰退表现并不明显;而对于树脂摩擦材料,由于其内部含大量有机粘结剂,其热衰退较为明显。从而断定摩擦片中的有机组分正是造成热衰退的关键所在,进而提出了摩擦材料的相关改进方案以提高制动器的抗热衰退性能。
Heat fading is the key factor that influences the stability of the brake. Relative braking tests are done to study its mechanism through integrative test bed of motorcycle brake. The friction surfaces of brakes have been analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), after two types of friction materials are frictionated with their counterparts. In comparison with the experimental results of the two types of friction materials, we find that the intensity of heat fading is greatly related to the component of brake lining. To powder metal materials, the fading is not obvious, while the fading of resin friction materials is rather obvious because some organic are contained. Some schemes of modifying friction materials have been put forward to upgrade the performance of heat fading resistance.
