摘要 断层诱发煤壁片帮严重制约了大采高技术的推广应用,以清水营煤矿工作面过F18断层为背景,实测分析断层区煤壁片帮特征,得出断层区煤壁片帮形式以工作面煤壁上半部片帮为主,且煤壁失稳和支架发生倾倒、滑移的概率,随工作面与断层面的距离减小而增大;建立支架稳定性力学模型,分析了煤壁失稳机理及支架稳定性防治对策。通过采取煤层注浆、降低采高、顶板锚网支护、架设木垛、冒空区充填等措施,有效控制了片帮和冒顶。 Coal wall spalling caused by fault seriously restrict widespread and application of large miningheighttechnique.With Qingshuiying coal mine working face F18fault as the background,measure and ana?lyze characteristics of rib fall in fault zones,it helps make a conclusion that rib fall in fault zones'form ismainly the working face coal wall upper piece,and coal wall instability and probability of dumping,slip?ping of support increases with the distance between working face and fault face decreases.Setting up supportstability mechanical model and analyze countermeasures for coal wall instability mechanism and support stabil?ity.By taking coal seam grouting,reduce the mining height,the anchor net supporting roof,erect pigsty,cavity filling,etc.measures to control of the spalling and roof fall effectively.
