搅拌运输车罐内流体质心动态变化影响分析

摘要 利用FLOW3D软件对搅拌筒内自密实混凝土流体的流变参数进行了仿真验证,并利用标定后的流变参数对自密实混凝土流体在搅拌筒内的流动状态进行仿真,得到了流体的运动状态及其质心位移与侧向加速度变化结果。利用仿真结果,通过数值计算与有限元分析的方法,分析了混凝土流体搅拌时流体质心的动态变化对搅拌运输车侧翻稳定性,及主副车架受力的影响。综合分析结果,找出整车结构的不足,为提高整车侧翻稳定性、主副车架结构的优化设计以及设定车辆侧翻预警系统的临界阈值提供了更准确的依据。 Using FLOW3D software on the stirring barrel self-compacting concrete fluid rheological parameters of simulation,and the rheological parameters of the calibrated on self-compacting concrete fluid in the mixing cylin-der flow simulation,the state of motion of the fluid and the displacement of the centroid of the lateral acceleration and the changes of the fluid concrete stirring of the center of mass of the fluid dynamic change of mechanical stirring transport vehicle rollover stability are obtained.The main sub frame is analyzed by numerical calculation and finite element analysis method based on the simulation results.Comprehensive analysis of the results,the inadequate of the vehicle structure was found out,a more accurate basis for improving vehicle rollover stability was provided,main and auxiliary frame structure optimization design and vehicle rollover warning system is the critical threshold setting.
