摘要
依据南水北调中线一期引江济汉工程施工监理二标履职检查的实际资料,采用AHP方法,建立评价指标体系和评价阈值,分析监理组织机构设置、监理质量控制体系建设以及监理控制与管理实践等敏感指标,并对其进行评价。结果表明,监理履职检查综合评价值G=0.92,评价为优良,符合实际情况。
Based on the actual data of middle route of South to north water diversion water diversion project construction supervision duties in two standard check, using the AHP method, the evaluation index system and the evaluation threshold were established, the supervision organization setting, supervision and quality control system construction and supervision control and management practice and other sensitive index were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that supervision duties examination comprehensive evaluation value of G was 0.92, the evaluation was excellent,in line with the actual situation.
