摘要
"卓越计划"的目标是培养一大批面向工业界、面向世界、面向未来具有创新能力强、顺应经济社会发展需求的高质量工程技术人才。"卓越计划"能否取得成功,关键在于是否拥有一支能够胜任这一使命的工科教师队伍。从树立教学学术理念,提高青年教师的课堂教学能力;树立CDIO工程教育理念,提高青年教师的工程教育能力;开展反思型教学,提高青年教师的综合教学实力等三个方面阐述了"卓越计划"背景下提升青年教师教学能力的探索与途径。
The goal of “ excellence program” is to train a large number of high quality engineering andtechnical personnel who can face industries, the world, the future and has a strong ability to innovate, to meetthe needs of economic and social development.The key to success of “excellence program” lies in whether thecolleges have a qualified engineering teacher ’ s team that is competent for this mission. In this paper, theexploration and way of increasing teaching ability of young teachers under the background of the u ExcellenceProgram” is described from three aspects,such as setting up the ideal of scholarship of teaching to improve theteaching ability of young teachers, setting up the ideal of CDIO to enhance engineering education ability ofyoung teachers, and carrying out the reflective teaching to increase the comprehensive teaching ability of theyoung teachers.
