摘要
"卓越计划"是国家高等教育的重要举措。"卓越计划"的成功与否师资是关键。高校的大学英语教学必须顺应该计划要求进行教师职业发展方面的创新研究和实践,从而使大学英语教学更好地服务于人才培养。
The Program for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers(PETOE) is a major project of China's higher education.While the teacher plays a key role in the success of PETOE.As a result,college English teaching should make some relevant innovation researches and practices about college english teachers' professional development to meet the needs of PETOE and make greater contibution to the training of talented people.
