摘要 microRNAs是一种非编码的短链RNA,可在转录后水平调控靶基因的表达和翻译,涉及多种细胞发育过程。研究表明,microRNA-155(miR-155)是一个典型的多功能microRNA,参与炎症、感染、免疫等多种生理病理过程,并与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切。近年来microRNAs的异常与肿瘤调控成为研究的热点,对于揭示肿瘤基因表达、预防疾病发展、开拓新的治疗靶点意义深远。本文就microRNA-155与恶性肿瘤的研究进展做一综述。 MicroRNAs are short non - coding RNAs that regulate the expression and translation of target genes post -transcriptionally in cellular developments. As previous studies have shown, microRNA - 155 ( miR - 155 ) is a typi-cal microRNA that involved in various pathophysiological progresses, such as inflammation, infection and immunity, and it also significantly affects cancer initiation, progression and metastasis. Recently, the abnormal expressions and oncogenic functions of microRNAs have been the hot research spot, which is profound for revealing the cancer gene ex-pression profiles,preventing the disease exacerbation and providing innovative therapeutic targets. In this paper,we re-view current research advances on microRNA -155 in cancers.
