摘要 微小型RNAs（microRNAs,miRNAs）是一类细胞内源性表达的单链非编码小分子RNA,广泛存在于动植物体内,通过抑制靶mRNA的转录、翻译或直接降解靶mRNA来调控靶基因的表达,从而调控各种信号传导通路,参与机体细胞增殖、分化、凋亡。越来越多的研究表明,miRNAs的突变或异常表达与恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。一些报道表明与蛋白编码基因表达相比.
