摘要
近年来,随着我国实践教学改革的推进,高校对实验技术人员的专业素质要求越来越高。本文首先对地方高校实验技术队伍建设的重要性进行探讨,然后分析现行地方高校实验技术队伍建设中存在的问题,最后找到有效的解决策略,以提升地方高校实验技术队伍的建设质量,为高校发展奠定基础。
In recent years,with the advance of the practice teaching reform of our country,college of experimental technical personnel professional quality is higher . This paper first discusses the importance of local colleges and universities in the construction of experimental technical team,and then analyzes the problems of current local colleges and universities in the construction of experimental technical team,and finds the effective strategies to solveand enhance quality of local construction of experimental technical team in colleges and universities for the development of colleges and universities to lay the foundation.
