摘要
目的:探讨锁定钢板治疗C3型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治C3型胫骨平台骨折患者80例,随机分成两组。对照组给予常规单侧钢板固定治疗,治疗组给予锁定钢板固定治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组优良率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的膝关节活动度均明显改善,治疗组膝关节活动度改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:锁定钢板治疗C3型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效显著,可有效促进膝关节功能的恢复。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate in the treatment of type C3 fractures of tibial plateau.Methods:80 cases of patients with type C3 fractures of tibial plateau were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional treatment.The treatment group was treated with locking plate fixation.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee activity of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved,and the improvement of knee activity in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Locking plate in the treatment of type C3 fractures of tibial plateau had significant clinical effect,which could promote the recovery of knee joint function effectively.
