摘要
目的：分析锁定钢板治疗C3型胫骨平台骨折临床疗效.方法：选择我院自2015年7月~2016年6月期间收治的C3型胫骨平台骨折患者64例,依据患者治疗方法差异性均分2组,每组患者比例各32例,接受常规单侧钢板内固定治疗的患者作为对照组,接受锁定钢板治疗的患者作为观察组,最后对2组C3型胫骨平台骨折患者的临床治疗效果进行统计分析.结果：2组患者经不同方法治疗后,观察组患者治疗优良率同对照组患者治疗优良率比对明显较高,膝关节活动度的改善情况同对照组比对明显较优,其生活质量评分同对照组比对也明显较优,组间数据结果由统计工具进行检验,统计学意义形成.结论：C3型胫骨平台骨折予以锁定钢板治疗效果理想,不仅可以加快患者膝关节功能恢复速度,同时可以使患者的生活质量进行提升,因此可以将该治疗方法在临床上进一步实践.
Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of locking plate in the treatment of C3 tibial plateau fracture. Methods： Sixty - four patients with C3 tibial plateau fractures admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment. The proportion of each group was 32 cases, The patients were treated with locking plate as the experimental group. Finally, the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of C3 tibial plateau fractures was analyzed statisti- cally. Results： After treatment with different methods, the excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the improvement of knee joint activity was significantly better than that of the reference group. The quality of life score Compared with the reference group was also significantly better, the results of data between groups by the statisti- cal tools for testing, the formation of statistical significance. Conclusion：C3 tibial plateau fractures were effective in the treatment of loc- king plate, which could not only accelerate the recovery rate of knee joint function, but also improve the quality of life of patients. There- fore, the treatment could be further practiced in clinical practice.
